My First Complaint

Sent in my first complaint email to a**r last night..
i understand there are certain problems they may hath
or certain issues they need to settle before handling mine..
but giving me false hopes and empty promises just aint right..

including the last min cancellations n those..

not kicking up a fuss..
just want to let them noe..
hey.. u're making me wait for dunno how long..
n not telling me anything..
not responsible and inconveniencing loh..
consumer do hath his rights ba..

gave them to settle it by wednesday..
let's see how it goes.
