Time Leap

Came back from school this evening,
the sunlight was different all around..
it was bright yet there was this tinge of mystery in the air..

the feeling was weird..
n especially as i walked up the stairs..
i tot i heard chinese new year songs playing in the background.

it was then i entered the front gate of my home..
everything in the living room was familiar
yet it felt mm strange..

n on the dining room table
were..
PINEAPPLE TARTS N CHOCO COOKIES!

shocked!
then i exclaimed out to my father who was roaming the kitchen..
"how come got??"

he said in a isn't it obvious tone "it's new year le"

AR i was thrown immediately into shock.
how long did i stay in school today?
how come time fly so fast??
wat happened during my walk home?
so many things nvr do.. n within a walk home
time leapt to chinese new year le!

haha.. yuan lai i was slow to realise
he meant hari raya.. :P
