Programming Rant

They hath this saying
"coding is an art"

i'm quite particular abt the way
ppl do programming and code software

turned off by chunks of code
dun understand how come ppl like to write chunks of code
when they can just write it in a few lines
dun understand why they need so many variables
when there is no need for any at all

over redundancy
i'm not so qiang..
but i seen qiang coders..

now ask me to modify code
i'm quite astonished that this code can be written by 4th year students
where's the modularity

i'm just ranting
cos i can't get sleep
cos i just need to refine n recode..
cos i'm just too particular n an optimiser freak

coding is an art
i'm unhappy seeing it become like this
n i got to pick up the pieces
might as well let me do it in the first place
