The First Month!

First milestone reached..
my first month of work..
:)

mm..
lotsa learning n exploration but i'm v much still lost..
n the time left isn't really tat comfortable to work with..
oh well..
let's see how it goes..
must pick up the pace! :)

some updates on how my week went..

went for my first course this week..
for 3 whole days, i was in tanjong pagar area..
so if u saw me or think u saw me there
u really saw me there.. hahaa
met jialin n v man there..
so qiao.. n both of them from deloitte.. haha
the world's kinda small hor..

Here are the machines tat accompanied me faithfully for the three days..
haha.. especially mr nescafe who provided me w much needed teh tarik on the tiring mornings..
the course was informative even though it went over a bit too fast..

The course ended early on friday around 330pm so i went strolling from tanjong pagar to city hall. And oh.. it was a real fun thing.. seriously.. haha.. cos the place was new to me and it felt as if i was thrown into a different world.. albeit like the experience of walking in hk.. haha..

feels good to be near the sea. :)

The friday evening was followed by dinner outing to outback steak restaurant for v man's bday!
haha.. our gang of 4 guys ate like savages.. with lotsa bones n meat all over the place.. haha.. n jugs for beer filled w "absolute vodka" haha.. oh.. bushman shrooms are nice! try it if got chance..
though the bill was on the high side.. there's discount for bday months.. can try it out oh! :)

oh.. tonight was another heavy family meal at ichiban w ah boy, da gu n ah fen jie..
filling.. but nice :) haha.. been frequenting ichiban at jp for recent family outings..
the serving is large n the service not bad oh.. n food is nice.. :)

one more day, n i'm sorta back into the working reality again.. cherish cherish!
