Preparing dinner's really not easy..
yesterday only prepared two dishes..
today..
is four.. got kai lan(jie lan), liu wei tang (six flavour soup), wu hua rou n tow kee cooked in dark soy sauce, steamed ang ko li with ginger..
wah liew..today's the real thing..
cos mother though not preparing it..
is beside me watching me n guiding me along..
while yesterday was just like playing only.. cos mother not watching.. =)
today..
got lots of scolding from my mother..mainly :
for my wrong cutting techniques..ie the way i hold the knife..i cut slanted one.. n no matter how i cut.. the meat dun seem to be cut.. haha.. =P
for my ku niangness in holding the meat firm for cutting.. (she keep saying.. hold the meat tight la.. scared of hurting it is it?) haha.. =P
for my speed in removing the skin on the garlic.. cos didn't cut the garlic head away..
had some prob removing the outer skin on the garlic.. =P
just finished the preparation part only..
in half an hour's time, 1730hrs..
going to start the cooking part le.. =P
haha.. think tonight's dinner going to be an experience man..
aye.. other than me being more serious n more effort put in..
most imptly..
it's definitely going to be more delicious than yesterday's! =)
haha.. i must jiayou! =)
hope dun spoil the ingredients later.. ^_^
